I'm Making a List . . .

I have already made a bunch of fun Christmas decisions but . . .I am willing to accept three gift ideas $50.00 or under from each of you. This includes daughters-in-law. E them to me soon.

Games

I'd like to add to the list, "Beyond Balderdash." It's fun with more players. and it's fun with four players. both are fun.

Our Forever Feast

It's almost Thanksgiving

I feel like a poem

to celebrate family,

dad's birthday and home.

My heart is so full

of the ways we are blessed

from baby to law school

and all of the rest

So here's to the turkey

the stuffing and pie

here's to the miracles

that oft make us cry

here's to our family

and all you each do

for our feast is forever

love and happiness too.

A Game for the Holidays

An idea for a fun Christmas game is a
game called "100"
supplies: at least 2 dice, paper for everyone, 1 pen
The goal is to write 1-100 first. The trick is, there's only one
writing utensil. To get the pen, you must roll doubles. Once you roll
doubles, grab the pen and begin writing as fast as you can. When someone
else rolls doubles they can take the pen from you and begin writing.
You keep going until someone reaches 100. Its a very fast-paced and fun
game.

Re-emphasis

I watched Madagascar tonight. It's really good. I just wanted to stress once again that I think we should definately watch it over break.

The Uptight One Chimes In

This is a great idea but let's keep it anonymous - please don't use real names of me or my wife or daughter. Thanks! Just keep in mind this is totally accessible by the public. And some of us have deep secrets to keep.

Hey Champ

Happy birthday!

And happy Birthday to Grandpa, ... in case he happens to get lost out here in cyber space and see this message. Both of you are real champs. It's nice to have people to look up to.

There's no time to delay

Christmas is only 31 days after Thanksgiving. If there are plans to be made, now or any of the next 39 days is the time to make them. I'm thinking of something that rhymes with "Shappa lappa laiting until the last minute to buy a christmas tree". ... any guesses?

Mom's delighted

Hey! This is a terrific idea. Thanks Scott.
Happy Birthday A . . . and Grandpa.
It was so fun to tend R guys. One of my favorite moments is when she told one of the moms at the park, "My mom and dad are in Sedona. They'll be back Sunday."
Love you guys. The Holidays are going to be so fun.

p.s. good luck with registration today Dan.

Looking good

I'm not sure how it works after you accept an invite. If there's a trick to it, can you let dad know?

A blog for the whole family

I'm going to see if we can all post to the same blog.
